Overall I'd have to give Logan five stars. He was extra-ordinarily helpful and made things happen! My only issue was with the service team. After explicit instructions and signed change order, they sent the monies to the wrong acct,, which I had to go to my bank and re-wire the monies to the title co. and it caused alot of chasing around on my part...... so far all is goood!
