In response to the current pressures of "BIDEN/KAMALANOMICS" on Sept 3 2024 I contacted Rocket Mortgage to attempt to lower my mortgage payment reduced by $50 a month by having the mortgage insurance portion removed. In a very short time she came back on the line and said that after looking over my information she was not only positive she could save us the $50 a month that I had called about, but she in fact could do a refinance of my current mortgage, pay off some debts we had for 2 vehicles and credit cards and by doing that we would lower our monthly payments by over $1200 a month. Of course the first thing I wondered was how much money would we have to come up with out of pocket and she responded "ZERO". I told her I would have to discuss this with my wife and she assured me if either of us had any questions or concerns she would explain everything she was proposing and it would cost us nothing to consider it.............. bottom line is on September 16 2024 we closed on our new mortgage and are eternally grateful to Lorina for taking the time to see if it was at all possible to save us the $50 a month that I had called about, it's not often you receive a lot more then you are looking for, Thank You Lorina and the Rocket Mortgage Team.......
