Marc was incompetent. He told my sellers that the appraisal had been waived so we moved only to find out later we would need an appraisal. We took that news like champs and set a new closing date. One day before closing we get a call that the appraisal isn’t finished. We know it got done!! But isn’t finished. The contract date was October 31st. It’s a Christmas and we still haven’t closed.
