What stood out most was his ability to problem-solve throughout the entire loan process. There are a lot of moving parts to refinancing a loan that I did not realize, but anytime an unexpected issue came up, he handled it quickly, calmly and efficiently. Instead of creating stress, he consistently, calmed my fears, found solutions and guided me through every step with partience and clarity.
He stayed on top of every detail and consistently communicated with me and made sure nothing was overlooked. Beyond his knowledge and experience, Marc was incredibly easy to work with. In a process that can often become overwhelming, he made everything feel manageable and organized. Marc was incompetent. He told my sellers that the appraisal had been waived so we moved only to find out later we would need an appraisal. We took that news like champs and set a new closing date. One day before closing we get a call that the appraisal isn’t finished. We know it got done!! But isn’t finished. The contract date was October 31st. It’s a Christmas and we still haven’t closed.
