We’ve used rocket in the past and had a great experience. This time for our refi it was hit or miss. First day Mariana was on top of it, pushing us to get the initial documents signed and completed. After that, we had to advocate for ourselves and talk to a supervisor. We kept getting different numbers throughout the process. Maria was very kind, although our experience with Rocket Mortgage was awful with a terrible appraisal that was way off and confirmed by realitors. Then the signing day was a complete nightmare it got cancelled because the questions for my husband were incorrect. Then some guy that looked homeless came to my work for the in person signing. He was 30 minutes late because he had to stop on the side ...Maria was very kind, although our experience with Rocket Mortgage was awful with a terrible appraisal that was way off and confirmed by realitors. Then the signing day was a complete nightmare it got cancelled because the questions for my husband were incorrect. Then some guy that looked homeless came to my work for the in person signing. He was 30 minutes late because he had to stop on the side of the road and take a nap he told us. He had flip flops on and socks, hair didn't even looked brushed, his ipad looked 100 years old I didn't even want to touch it, it was so filthy dirty. We had a horrible experiance.Read MoreRead Less

I found Mariana to be knowledge, answering most of my questions before I asked them. She was extremely patient with my lack of technical abilities and walked me through everything one step at a time. I would recommend Mariana to anyone knowing they would be well taken care of.
