Over sold the loan. Said I would get two months no mortgage when I closed. I later found out from someone else that would not be the case. Said I would not be paying for appraisal but, essentially you do. Did not disclose ALL the additional hidden fees until closing papers. Cash out amount kept changing and changed during 3 day cancellation period without contacting me to explain. Otherwise, nice....Over sold the loan.
