Michael deliberately misled me to close a deal by insisting the closing payment would be in place of the next month's mortgage even though the closing agent made it clear this was not necessarily true; his supervisor misled me the same way. He also hounded me with messages and calls to get a deal done, most unsolicited outside of business hours (8pm at night, on holidays, etc.). I had asked him to stop but this continued until I relented and agreed to his terms, after which I did not hear from him again. If they are a reflection of the standard of Rocket Mortgage I would not recommend Rocket at all. What Michael and his supervisor did constituted mortgage fraud, completely unethical and illegal.
