Michelle Harrison is the WORST bar none. This stone cold monster whose Management style & People skills could not be worse, is either in this business too long or she needs an intensive immersion course in human interactions and communication. She behaved like a Bully, and could not have made the short time training for Rocket Mortgage any more miserable.

Michelle is the best in the business for a reason. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and explains everything to the very last detail. She's not afraid to put you on the spot either, which is a great learning technique because you better be paying attention and taking good notes!
