Michael called often to check in and was easy to talk to. He didn't sound like he was reading from a script like the person who came after him (I don't remember her name). Michael was great.

He was very helpful, listened to my needs and assisted with providing me the service and the loan that best fit them. He was supportive as I was in the middle of a divorce and the papers were holding up my loan so he listened to my whining. He was very friendly and personable.
