The best experience I ever had! Discouraged from the start whether or not I'd be able to refinance to update my home. But when I had Mike Terek stepped in and walked me through my hiccups with the IRS he stuck with me. After many heart to heart conversations I truly was blessed to know him and believed in me. What an amazing loan man!!! Rocket Mortgage is blessed to have Mike. I say this because ... for 14 months Rocket Mtg stayed with me and Mike held my hand the whole way. I had alot going with a contested probate and then a variance and land split and several other legal issues...BUT no lie...Mike with Rkt Mtg held me the WHOLE way....If the stars could be a million for Mike thats what i would report.

Unfortunately I had very bad experience with Mike Tarek. After 6 employment letters and week before closing he called me and dropped my case. Almost lost my dream home. I was crushed, not because the rejection, but the way they handled it. Right from the beginning I have told them that I am a traveling nurse, knowingly they drogged me all the way to the end, then got rid of me like a number. ...Unfortunately I had very bad experience with Mike Tarek.
