When my realtor suggested Rocket mtg I replied that I had my own banking relationships. “We’re not using Rocket, we’re using Mo Hassan at Rocket”. I outwardly complied but also contacted my existing banks. Let me say I’m self employed, divorced with alimony, business loans, multiple revolving lines, oh and I was along one gone and buying two others.. an underwriting dumpster fire.
