Morgan assured me they could close on the mortgage based on the info I gave her. The company failed miserably and I was charged several thousand dollars in interest. In Morgan's defense, she went on a trip but still the company just flat out stinks.

Morgan is a wonderful CS person I found her to be very knowledgeable, patient, I can be a bit overwhelming at times, and she got my call right at one of those times, she was so patient with me, and all of my question's. I really though she would disconnecte our call, but she answered all of my questions. She started my day out wonderfully. She is definitely a 5 Star rating in my book.
