When I represent a property seller (when I am the listing broker) I often ask the buyer's agent to have their buyer clients cross qualify with Nathan to make sure that they are solid buyers - if Nathan tells me that a buyer is solid, I feel comfortable proceeding to the next step with that buyer. I also refer many of my house buyers to Nathan to get a pre-approval letter before we start house shopping. If Nathan gives my buyer client a pre-approval letter, I know that they will be able to get a mortgage and that I am not wasting my time looking at houses with that buyer.
