My experience with Nicholas was a blessing and I will explain it this way. I started out with Rocket Mortgage as a referral after their client purchased my home. This left me in the market to buy another home. I liked the way the process and contacted Tony Tehfe in March 2018. Nicholas, took over my file and never missed a beat. In July, my dream home did come on the market with 15 offers on this home. Nicholas worked with me to make the best offer and he even contacted the sellers agent to assure them of my ability to close in less than 30 days. Not only did I get the home and we closed in less than 30 days. My offer wasn’t even the highest to begin with! The blessing in this was having an A-Team working for me...Lender Agent willing to go the extra mile and a wonderful Realtor Agent.
