Rita was compassionate, patient, and earned my complete trust. I called and/or e-mailed him dozens of times to the point that I felt guilty. He was always there for us. He gave me real-world advice on our re-fi and guided me through the process. We made it almost all of the way through the re-fi loan process, and I canceled the loan at the last minute because we received an offer on our home....Rita was compassionate, patient, and earned my complete trust.
