I felt Ryan was very helpful in the beginning. I did pick up some attitude from him when my appraisal was scheduled without consulting with me. There are some aspects of the process that I’m very unhappy with, but am not sure it’s a reflection on Ryan. All-in-all, I would recommend him.

He literally mentioned we are dead in the water in the middle of the loan process even though I tried reasoning with him that we should be able to proceed. Finally my loan moved forward and closed successfully but I never heard back from him again. Very irresponsible and unprofessional behavior.
