She was candid and honest and, a lot of times, made me laugh. She was always very easy to reach and responded quickly whenever I emailed or called with a question. I went into this process with Rocket Mortgage and to be perfectly honest I was not expecting it to be easy or uneventful. Let me say this.... WOW, I was blown away by the service that Samantha provided from start to finish!!! From a customer service perspective (which I am very sensitive to) Samantha in my most honest opinion has set the highest bar ever! If it were actually possible to have ...I went into this process with Rocket Mortgage and to be perfectly honest I was not expecting it to be easy or uneventful. Let me say this....
