Sarah was the absolute best! We actually had a loan lined up with a different lender, and they pulled out 1 week before our close due to a concern with employment history. We input our info into Rocket Mortgage site, and Sarah called us right back within minutes (we hadn't even left the McDonald's drive-thru).

She was incredibly understanding, and made it a priority to get everything setup and done...Sarah was the absolute best! We actually had a loan lined up with a different lender, and they pulled out 1 week before our close due to a concern with employment history. We input our info into Rocket Mortgage site, and Sarah called us right back within minutes (we hadn't even left the McDonald's drive-thru).

She was incredibly understanding, and made it a priority to get everything setup and done as quickly as possible. She called us every step of the way to make sure that we understood what was going on, what is taking place, and even to wish us a Happy Holidays for no reason at all!
