To say that I was pleasantly surprised with the experience of getting a home mortgage loan, with Rocket Mortgage through Sarah Altimore, would be a severe understatement. From start to finish she, or somebody with the answers to my questions, was always available. I was never asked to leave a voicemail, instead if Sarah was not available, someone with direct knowledge of my account was there for me. This is what most impressed me. I was always treated with respect and consideration. I was given the impression that Rocket Mortgage cared about me and my time. Not only was I impressed with Rocket Mortgage, but when my real estate agent and my title company asked who my lender was, the first thing they said was that Rocket Mortgage was the best they have worked with. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and Sarah Altimore. I don't plan on needing a home loan again, but if I did, I know where I would call. Read MoreRead Less

Sarah was absolutely wonderful to work with. Probably the best experience with a lender, or any other customer service company that I have ever had. Always quick responses regardless of when I was asking, friendly, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. She made what could have been a frustrating experience into a joy. Rocket Mortgage, you're lucky to have Sarah working for you.
