Best part of working with him and his team, was when one person was out or away, there’s another rep on the same team that steps in, knows your situation and continues to carry the ball forward. We were never left waiting for a call back or response to an email. The “back office” items moved almost instantly from one step to the next. Ours was a coop, bank owned foreclosure. And with all the moving parts and different parties involved, their responsiveness was key to getting the purchase done efficiently. So imagine 5 cooks in the kitchen but make them all lawyers too. After dealing with other company that did almost nothing for us. My wife called Rocket just to see what you could do. Sean talked to her and right away told her what to do and where to go. Sean made my applying an easy process. He was always on top of things and provided excellent advice on downpayment. I barely recall the loan process as there was no drama.
