Relative to my experience re-financing with Rocket Mortgage, Steven was very prompt with responses and helpful in answering my questions. While Rocket Mortgage/Rocket has a very segmented division of labor relative to processing a loan (no one person is responsible for the process from start to finish, which creates difficulty in holding anyone accountable) Steven handled his portion very ...Relative to my experience re-financing with Rocket Mortgage, Steven was very prompt with responses and helpful in answering my questions. Pleasant. Knowledgeable, but was slow to respond to my IM's and emails. Ultimately I had to get his supervisor involved. He said that he would make sure that at closing that we would get a lower rate if the initially agreed upon rate dropped. I had to ask for this new lower rate. There are MANY disconnects related to the underwriter's not getting my paperwork and I had to send it multiple times. ...Pleasant. Knowledgeable, but was slow to respond to my IM's and emails. Stephen did call several times, two of which it was clear he had not read my file and the questions that I had asked. I had to ask him whether or not he would prefer to not have me as a client and whether I should be handed off to another Rocket Mortgage rep.
