How do I start to state that Timothy and his team are great to work with in purchasing a home. Tim “rocks” he explains everything from start to finish. He walked me through every little detail. I can’t praise his expertise enough. Some days he just called to check on me and to me that spoke volumes to me that he actually cared about me, even though I knew I was not his only client. Rocket Mortgage is soooo lucky to have a person of this caliber working for them. My plan is also to thank him with a personal email for
assisting me and being there for it all….beginning to end. I am not sure who will be reading this rating for Timothy McMahon, but I sincerely hope you are paying him what he is worth. Tim has been with me from the beginning on this home search. He has been patient, kind, efficient, and understanding. When there were steps on this journey I didn't understand, Tim did research and communicated answers quickly. He checks in by phone, text, or email as we await the realtors to complete their tasks.

Very importantly, Tim sussed out what style that I need as a customer. Hustled but ...Tim has been with me from the beginning on this home search. Very importantly, Tim sussed out what style that I need as a customer. Hustled but not rushed, and with a dry sense of humor. I responded very badly to a hard sell from one of his colleagues. Tim came back with sincere apologies and reassured me as we continue.

We came so close on one home that fell through from the seller's end on my birthday. Tim's calm optimism and empathy were exactly the right response.

Tim, I thank you so very much for your company along the way. You've done a lot of work on my behalf! Rocket and customers are fortunate to have you on their team!
