My wife and I were getting very discouraged with the process of buying a home as we had talked to 2 separate companies and had wasted almost 7 months. I made 1 call to Rocket Mortgage and just happened to get Tyler and what a break that was. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, and answered all our questions no matter how silly they sounded. Tyler is a very nice guy & In the beginning, he was in constant contact with me about what needed to be done to submit the necessary documents for approval. When there was an issue with the appraisal, I did not hear from him nearly as much. The information I received was from my realtor. I did not have a lot of contact with Rocket Mortgage during the weeks long stressful situation when I thought I would lose my due diligence because of the appraisal.
