I couldn’t be more pleased with the service given. I have been very frustrated with the lack of professionalism I have received from services lately, but Victoria proved that there is still such a thing as customer service. This refinance has been one of the easiest, fastest, and competent business transactions we have ever had! Way to go Rocket Mortgage!
