I met Aaron in 2009 on the purchase of my new home. I was new to the area, but he made me feel right at home. Working with him was a great experience. Aaron salvaged a mortgage that fell through with another lender on the day of closing. Wells dropped us on the day of closing and Aaron's team had us closed in 10 days. Such an awesome group of people.

This guy is awesome. We shopped around for a mortgage and initially did not go through Aaron because our relocation package gave us a special deal through Wells. Unfortunately, Wells pulled out on the day of closing because they failed to do something on their end. We called Aaron up to see if they could help and they had us processed and closed in 10 days. Based on my credit and background, he made sure that I got the lowest interest rate possible. Mr. Legum and his staff at OVM Financial are very friendly and professional. They made sure that all my paperwork was in order and answered every question that I had about the loan process. All paperwork was done in house and I only had to make a total of three trips to his office which was to get the loan process started and sign paperwork. I had excellent communication with Aaron and his staff through email and the phone. I didn't think buying a house could be so easy. I would recommend Mr. Legum and OVM Financial to anyone who is looking to apply for a VA loan.
