This is the way a new car purchase should be! Jon Paris did a great job coordinating delivery, insurance, plates, etc. I did not have to do anything but show up and drive my beautiful Chevrolet Traverse away! The last few vehicles that I have owned I have had very few issues if any where I had to take it back in so the quality of the vehicles are becoming better and better all the time. Al Serra is in my hometown of Grand Blanc so nice and close to work and home. Whether I need service or just an oil change they will come to my workplace and pick up my vehicle and then deliver it back to me. Now that is what I call customer service. I love my new Chevy Silverado. I have had no problems with it at all. It rides smoothly and quietly, it gets great gas mileage, 18 around town and 22 on the highway. I love all the electronics. I would buy another in a minute.

I recently leased my first car, a 14 Chevy Impala, from Al Serra. Kristen P was great, she was very fast at getting me an over the phone quote and also getting all of my paperwork together ahead of time so when I was ready to pick up the car it went very quick and smooth. Al Serra was also generous with my 03 Impala trade in, giving me more money for it than what we had originally agreed on.
