I recently leased a Cruze from Al Serra. I went online and sent e-mails to 4 local dealerships describing what I was looking for. Within 15 minutes Al Serra corresponded back and by the end of the day the deal was done. Of the other dealerships I contacted: one didn't contact me back till the end of the day, one the next day and the other I NEVER heard back from! I purchased my lease from Al Serra all over the phone and online! NO HASSLES!! I walked into the dealership a couple of days later, signed paperwork and left with my new car! Mark Siefert was my salesman and he handled everything impeccably! Mark is my new car salesman FOR LIFE! I just sent my daughter to him for her new lease. I felt that Josh was very professional from the start. I never felt pressure, Josh was happy to answer all my questions. When I talked with the ops mgr, he was very professional as well. No one at Al Serra seemed to be out to push anything on me that I did not want.
The prices are fair. I very much like the no haggle stuff.

I am loving my new 2014 GMC Sierra pick-up. Didn't really go with the intention of buying new but the deal was so good I couldn't resist. I highly recommend Gregg Whinnie as your next salesman - he is honest, forthright and will not sell you anything you don't want or need. He will go the extra mile for you in whatever you want. I can always call him with questions or concerns and he alwlays ...I am loving my new 2014 GMC Sierra pick-up.
