I had a very good experience with Al Serra and my sales person during the purchase of my 2014 Impala. The car had a couple issues since it was a demo and my saleman had them fixed up for me. Have had a couple issues mechanically with the vehicle but they have taken care of them ASAP. All were back to factory setups that were not done or software updates.
