After driving our 2005 Buick Terraza for 10 years, we returned to Ron Hatt at Al Serra Buick for our new vehicle. We were afraid we wouldn't find a vehicle we liked as well as the Terraza, but were pleasantly surprised with the new Enclave. When we first arrived in the showroom, Ron was not available. A saleslady helped us find Ron and while we were waiting for him, knowing that we were going to buy a car from Ron, she went out of her way to help us and show us the Enclave and many of its features until Ron came and took us to his desk. Ron was very good about showing us the choices we had, not only in the 2015 vehicles, but also the 2014's. He found the vehicle that met our requirements and was very helpful. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the Al Serra representative Mr. Douglas Nolan. We have bought several cars from Doug and would not think of going to another automotive representative, other than Doug. Every time we would stop in and see Doug to talk about purchasing a new vehicle, he was always considerate and appreciative that we would stop and talk to him about purchasing a new...My husband and I could not be more pleased with the Al Serra representative Mr. Douglas Nolan.
