My husband and I stopped by on a bitter cold winter day to just "look around". We still had a year left on our lease of a GMC Terrain. Yet, the salesman (Jim Papatheodore) let us know we qualified to upgrade into a new Terrain with no extra out-of-pocket cost. In horrible conditions outside, he gladly sought out the model we wanted.
