I felt that Josh was very professional from the start. I never felt pressure, Josh was happy to answer all my questions. When I talked with the ops mgr, he was very professional as well. No one at Al Serra seemed to be out to push anything on me that I did not want.
The prices are fair. I very much like the no haggle stuff.

I am loving my new 2014 GMC Sierra pick-up. Didn't really go with the intention of buying new but the deal was so good I couldn't resist. I highly recommend Gregg Whinnie as your next salesman - he is honest, forthright and will not sell you anything you don't want or need. He will go the extra mile for you in whatever you want. I can always call him with questions or concerns and he alwlays ...I am loving my new 2014 GMC Sierra pick-up. To say that I am happy with Al Serra Buick GMC would be a gross understatement. I am an 81 year old man and have purchased several cars over the past years and have never been treated with as much respect as this last one from Al Serra Buick.
They are not there just for the sales process, but kind, considerate persons thru out all the follow ups. They make you understand and demonstrate ...
