Al Serra Cadillac is the place to purchase a Cadillac, or any car, for that matter. Our salesman was Jim Papatheodore and he is such a friendly, down to earth man. He made us feel like we were sitting in his living room, visiting. He had the car ready for us upon our arrival. He showed us every possible feature Cadillac has to offer. He made sure we knew how to use these features before we left. The car is awesome! We love it! We have had several great car purchasing experiences at Al Serra's. We moved away for eight years and missed their great customer service, and there was no doubt to return there when we moved back to the area. Thank you Al Serra Cadillac!
