My sales person, Mark Seifert, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was totally helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining everything about the vehicle...My experience with Al Serra Chevrolet was excellent to say the least. I recently traded a 2013 Equinox for a 2015 Equinox. This is the first time we leased a car. We have purchased many cars from Al Serra. Changing to a lease was easy and fully explained. Since we get a new car about every 2 years, it made a lot of sense. The salesman and dealership has always treated us like family. Always a great experience.
