Ben helped me get a loan through VHDA to buy my first home. He always responded to emails and calls in a reasonable amount of time, and was willing to meet me at hours and locations that were convenient for my schedule. The only less-than-excellent part of the experience was that I didn't feel like I had the depth of guidance I needed during parts of the loan process. Where do I begin, when my recommended Ben as a lender it was all uphill from that point. I was given his contact information at around 9:30 one evening and my agent said to call or text him now. My first thought was, no way it's too late! But I was reluctant to my agent's advice and my God Ben went to work immediately, getting me pre approved for a lone in less that 15 minutes.
