Within the next week he had a photographer come out to our current house to take pics and get it listed. We accepted an offer on our current house just a week after being accepted for the new house.
After that, Danny continued weekly communication with us to keep us updated on both the buying and selling ends of everything. A month later, we closed on both houses on the same day.
