I believe you get what you pay for,and I now know that it was money well spent,I had it listed with real-estate for 4 months and offers fell through,because I was misinform on the listed price and on there sales tactics.

Property Guys painted a black and white picture for me ( telling it like it is ) and allowed me to fill in the colour,and that worked out great.

The proess was very simple and easy to follow. The house sold very quickly and it was a pleasureable experience to work with buyers and negotiate directly versus the normal process with a real estate company. In the end, the purchasers almost felt like friends and they even accommodated my needs to store my furniture temporarily in the house after closing.
