Desmond is EXCELLENT! He explains everything very clearly and makes sure that no one is left behind. During training, I didn't get to interact a whole lot with him, but I know that he made additional study sessions and dedicated time outside of the normal working hours to be available for anyone who wanted some extra mentorship. Anyone who has been lucky enough to have Desmond as a trainer already knows how helpful and considerate he is. The effort he puts into building relationships is one of the many things that sets him apart. The amount of personal sacrifice and energy he puts into his students is second to no one. One of the best trainers by far. Desmond not only is Desmond extremely versed in the SAFE information but he goes above and beyond to ensure that we as bankers have the understanding necessary to be successful going into testing. If it was not f or the extra study sessions and ever the 1on1 I requested I don't think I would've passed. Desmond was so very helpful throughout class, and especially after class in study group. He was always available for questions. One thing he will do is keep it real with you. He was always the one making everyone laugh in class, and laughter was needed. He was a pleasure to work with.

I want to say Desmond was sooooo helpful!!! I improved so much from the first week up until the last week of SAFE. His study sessions after class and giving a break down in detail is what helped me the most. He was patient, he was funny, and he motivated us all. Desmond has been really helpful thru this 4 week period. Any questions I had no matter if it was during class or after class he was always there to help out. He went over and beyond limits, took 2 hours of his time after class to tutor the students that needed assistance with whatever they were struggling with. Also, really fun teacher to be around!
