Felicia is EXCELLENT. She uses many stories to make complex concepts simple. Because of her training style I was able to learn a lot in such a short amount of time. She made sure we were doing good throughout the process. She always provided positive reinforcement. Such a good resource. She was so helpful in coming in before class to assist with pre-studies.
