"When I decided to purchase a new 2014 Corvette in September, 2013 and was confronted with all of the hype and rush that everyone was experiencing just to order one, I called Dennis at Les Stanford ...When I decided to purchase a new 2014 Corvette in September, 2013 and was confronted with all of the hype and rush that everyone was experiencing just to order one, I called Dennis at Les Stanford knowing the firms relationship with GM and Corvette allocation issues. Told him I wanted a specific build right after the first of the year and gave him a deposit. I called him on January 6 and told Dennis to "go" with my order. He had the order Accepted by GM on January 17. The car was built on February 21 and ultimately shipped from Toledo to Phoenix on March 8. Dennis kept me informed almost weekly while dealing with the lousy MI weather and rail delays. He also had arranged for a Courtesy Delivery in Phoenix and handled all of the necessary paper work in MI. What a great professional who knows his product and knows the the nuances of GM ordering. I would not hesitate for one second to place another order with him and Les Stanford...a Quality and Trusting pair!"

The experience was far more personable and welcoming than the dealership closer to home and the product was exactly what I was looking for. On delivery, Tim took time to go through the bells and whistles with me, and followed through on all aspects that were to be delivered at a slightly later date because of my out-of-state residency. Tim and Stanford-Allen handled the transaction flawlessly and I will do doubt return when I am ready for my next car."

Michelle is very pleasant,knowledgeable and friendly did not try to pressure me, took care of every detail. Sat in the car with me and showed me all the features and explained their functions, including navigation system, onstar, cd player recording system,, keyless entry, hands free phone. took her time, I was amaze with her great attitude, after showing me everything, she asked me did I have any questions? Other dealerships are pale by comparison to Les Stanford Cadillac of Dearborn, MI. Here is an example, I, sent emails to several other dealerships requesting a quote, waited several days no reply. I sent a request to Les Stanford Cadillac at 8pm ,within an hour I received a reply from Michelle Sladovich, stating that she would email me a quote the next day ,that, was impressive. We email each other several times , then we spoke on the phone. I could see the smile in her voice, replied to all phone calls and emails promptly . Michelle is courteous, professional and possesses a quality that is rare, integrity and she actually cares about her customers. When you are ready to purchase your next vehicle, if you want outstanding customer service and the best deal. I, highly recommend Michelle Sladovich of Les Stanford Cadillac of Dearborn, Mi.
