Kristen P was great, she was very fast at getting me an over the phone quote and also getting all of my paperwork together ahead of time so when I was ready to pick up the car it went very quick and smooth. Al Serra was also generous with my 03 Impala trade in, giving me more money for it than what we had originally agreed on.
