I highly recommend Gregg Whinnie as your next salesman - he is honest, forthright and will not sell you anything you don't want or need. He will go the extra mile for you in whatever you want. To say that I am happy with Al Serra Buick GMC would be a gross understatement. I am an 81 year old man and have purchased several cars over the past years and have never been treated with as much respect as this last one from Al Serra Buick.
They are not there just for the sales process, but kind, considerate persons thru out all the follow ups. They make you understand and demonstrate the cars functions, take you on a test drive and to top it all off they introduce to their first class service department.
