I recommend Pat O'Brien in Vermilion to everyone I know & to anyone who says their looking for a new vehicle. It's been a year now that I've had my Equinox and absolutely love it! Jerry Kyle went beyond my expectations as a salesman! He didn't let me leave the lot until I knew exactly how to use all the high tech stuff on my dash. I even called him the next day & told him I forgot a couple things, he told me to come on in & he showed me again! When I see him out he asks how I am doing & then asks how my Equinox is and if I have any questions! Not one of the salesman @ any other car dealership that I purchased a car from even recognized me when I would go in for an oil change or anything else. They also don't try and make you pay way over what you should. There's no haggling because the price is always right on the vehicle! Anytime I go into Pat O'Brien all the sales people & service men say "Hi" with a smile on their faces and everyone of them ask if I need a drink or anything else.
The service department & body shop are also a 5 star rating. They never tell you you need something done if it doesn't need done. Lots of dealerships have done that to me. I started taking my civic to Pat O'Brien because I couldn't trust my dealership they always had a list of things I needed to fix when I was there for an oil change. I finally took it to Pat O'Brien and i didn't need any of the things fixed the other dealership told me I needed. They even showed me on my car the parts the other dealership said I needed to fix and showed me what it would look like if I did. When I was ready for my new vehicle i had no second thoughts of where I was buying my vehicle! Pat O'Brien in vermilion will never let you down! Love that place

They seem to be going out of their way to make customers happy. I have a couple times just showed up for a small problem and they took care of it immediately for no charge. Really like the car wash with routine maintenance. Comfortable waiting areas.
