The service dept is very professional and courteous to their customers.
In the future, if looking to buy another vehicle I would make Pat Obrien my one stop shop

I am extremely pleased with my Camaro purchasing experience through Dan Platzar at Pat O'Brien's.
My 2000 Camaro had been rear ended and totaled and so I was in need of an immediate replacement. After searching online i found it--a beautiful crystal red 2013 Camaro. I was loaded with details on the car along with the best prices Edmunds and Kelly book said I should pay. I was met by Dan Platzar ...I am extremely pleased with my Camaro purchasing experience through Dan Platzar at Pat O'Brien's.
My 2000 Camaro had been rear ended and totaled and so I was in need of an immediate replacement. After searching online i found it--a beautiful crystal red 2013 Camaro. I was loaded with details on the car along with the best prices Edmunds and Kelly book said I should pay. I was met by Dan Platzar who just seemed to really want to help me understand the car and take me for a test ride with absolutely no pressure to buy. The beautiful car with 5600 miles on it combined with Dan's help sold me. Next would come the dickering over the price I thought. When i asked him, "Really now Dan, without a long bargaining process, what is your bottom price?" I actually was pleasantly surprised to hear, "That's it. What you see on the windshield is our best price." And then I realized it was $500 less than the best price from my references!
After saying, "I'll take it.", Dan said, "When would you like to pick it up?" "Now", I said. Everyone bent over backward to immediately do the comprehensive checkup, fill the tank, and take it for a car wash, while we did the paper work.
And I even got calls from Dan a month later and again on my birthday just to see if any problems had developed.
So Dan Platzar at Pat O'Brien's turned what I thought was going to be a difficult hassle into a very relaxed pleasant experience. Thank you. W. Denny Robertson

I had a great experience at Pat O'Brien Chevrolet in March 2014 when I needed to purchase a vehicle due to a car accident. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. Adam helped ease my nerves and I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I love my new 2014 Chevy Equinox!!

Went in to look at a used car and left with 2 new car leases. My salesman Andrew was very helpful and worked out how by getting the leases it would save money on monthly payments, maintenance on the cars and most of all on gasoline. The service department was extremely fast on my oil
change too.

I went there for oil change and correction of couple recalls. I like that there is children room and TV so kids can play while parents waiting. Service is very good.
