The last car we bought from Pat O'Brien -East was on 2013 Equinox we purchased in he summer of 2012. This is the 3rd car we purchased there since January 2010. Art Mills is the salesman we prefer. The most impressive thing, I, sent an email ,requested a quote on a black Cadillac cts coupe at 8:00 pm, received a reply within an hour, that was amazing.
Followup with phone call and email, after the sale is complete to make sure everything is ok, that is what I call customer service.
