We were shopping for a car for my daughter and a friend referred us to Reggie Langhorne at Pat O'Brien Chevrolet in Westlake. Reggie took the time to listen to my daughter who would be the primary driver as well as me (mom) who was helping her out with the down payment and monthly payments. Reggie took the time and showed us different vehicles and pointed out the different features.

I appreciate that he took the time to listen and understand the budget, and never presented any cars to her that would be tempting and ultimately beyond my daughters budget. Upon delivery he took the time to explain the different features and assist in the set ups.

Overall, Reggie and all the other staff members that we have come in contact with throughout the purchase and subsequent service visits continue to demonstrate great customer service.

I was a life long Classic customer but went to Pat O'Brien just to see what their dealership was like. We had to trade off our Silverado and get into a smaller payment bracket due to some family issues. Rick Campola greeted us at the door and we explained the situation on our trading in the truck. He did not pressure use for payoff information and gave us a very good value on our trade in. We ...I was a life long Classic customer but went to Pat O'Brien just to see what their dealership was like.
