After driving our 2005 Buick Terraza for 10 years, we returned to Ron Hatt at Al Serra Buick for our new vehicle. We were afraid we wouldn't find a vehicle we liked as well as the Terraza, but were pleasantly surprised with the new Enclave. When we first arrived in the showroom, Ron was not available. A saleslady helped us find Ron and while we were waiting for him, knowing that we were going to buy a car from Ron, she went out of her way to help us and show us the Enclave and many of its features until Ron came and took us to his desk.
