My husband and I could not be more pleased with the Al Serra representative Mr. Douglas Nolan. We have bought several cars from Doug and would not think of going to another automotive representative, other than Doug. Every time we would stop in and see Doug to talk about purchasing a new vehicle, he was always considerate and appreciative that we would stop and talk to him about purchasing a new...My husband and I could not be more pleased with the Al Serra representative Mr. Douglas Nolan. We have another home in Florida and rather than purchasing the new Corvette down there, rather than purchasing it here and driving it down, it was absolutely out of the question. I recently leased a brand new 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ in July 2014. Glenn Libtow did a phenomenal job assiting me during this major life-changing event to lease my first car. He was able and willing to locate vehicle inventory to find the car I have always wanted. I have already taken my Cruze in for service to replace an instrument cluster within the dashboard, and the service representatives ...I recently leased a brand new 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ in July 2014. I am very happy with the service I received at Al Serra. My sales rep Travis Jones really helped us and made the purchase experience easy and affordable. My husband and I had searched for a used vehicle to suit our family needs. Including a daughter commuting to college. Our family car was in serious bad shape and was costing us for frequently for repairs. It was becoming dangerous to drive....I am very happy with the service I received at Al Serra. My sales rep Travis Jones really helped us and made the purchase experience easy and affordable. My husband and I had searched for a used vehicle to suit our family needs. Including a daughter commuting to college. Our family car was in serious bad shape and was costing us for frequently for repairs. It was becoming dangerous to drive.
