He and the whole sales and service staff are friendly always taking the time to say hello when ever I visit the dealership for a car wash or service.

We stopped at Pat O'Brien Chevrolet in Westlake, just to look,
we didn't realize they were open, I thought all car dealers were open late only on Mondays and Thursdays. We were actually looking at a different car, and had a bad experience at that car dealership, so we just stopped here. I think it was a Tuesday. I really wanted a small SUV, and definately not black. I fell in love with the Chevy Cruze LT, BLACK. Surprise, they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I really wasn't going to buy for a few more months. But it was so easy, their finance people, were great, and of course our salesman Dave was awesome. He showed us cars, and we drove a bunch, even to see the difference is size. It was a great experience, and I would definately buy my next car their. My husband is going to buy a new truck in a few years, and is looking at them also, (if only they would do bucket seats, it would be a definate positive).
I have recommended Pat O'brien to others.
The service department is great. I drop it off for the next day, and usually before I even get home, they are calling and saying its ready. If you are looking make sure to stop by Pat O'Brien Chevrolet is Westlake. They've got em, go and get em.

I had the very good fortune of stopping by at Pat O'Brien Chevrolet Westlake in May of 2009...I happened to see a 2004 Corvette Convertible that was just taken in as a trade and being brought out of the showroom to display outside...That is when i first met Ken Coles...WHAT an Outstanding person and salesperson with high character, trustworthiness and the highest integrity.

Needless to say, I purchased my dream Corvette and most recently have purchased my 2013 Chevrolet Equinoz for my wife and "thinking" about making the big step of buying a new 2014 Corvette stingray...

I went to Pat O Brien shopping for a car on a referral. I was originally shopping for a used car I had seen online, but by the time I got there it was already sold. Devastated, I was about to go elsewhere. Then my salesman asked me about my situation, and I told him my transmission just went out on my old car, Im a college student and I can't afford a new car. He thouroughly explained how leasing ...I went to Pat O Brien shopping for a car on a referral. I was originally shopping for a used car I had seen online, but by the time I got there it was already sold. Devastated, I was about to go elsewhere. Then my salesman asked me about my situation, and I told him my transmission just went out on my old car, Im a college student and I can't afford a new car. He thouroughly explained how leasing a brand new car would work and got me on board. They adjusted the payments to what I could afford, and stayed with me after hours to make sure that I had a car to go home in. They also make sure that my car is always running well and offer their time and service whenever I need it.
