They worked with me to find just the right car at just the right payment. The sales staff (Johnathan and Andrew) were awesome ( I even made them cookies!) and they not only sold me my Chevy Malibu but they had sold my husband a Chevy Silverado just the month before. The finance department quoted me a payment and then worked magic to make it happen. No bait and switch.. The service from Pat O'Brien was absolutely amazing. My vehicle was a gift to me from my wife on my birthday! The salesman not only worked with my wife with the purchase of my dream car but he also drove from the west side of Cleveland all the way to Akron to deliver my vehicle on my birthday at 11:00pm with a red bow in all. I have had great experiences with Pat O'Brien. The staff was excellent. I have leased 2 cars from them since 2010. Recently, I have had some issues with my 2013 Malibu, however, the service staff is doing an excellent job to address these issues with my car.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Pat O'Brien West when I needed to upgrade my vehicle when our son was born. The entire experience was positive. My sales person, Chuck, listened to what I was looking for, which was great, that he actually listened and did not have a preconceived idea of what he wanted to sell me.
There were no high pressure sales tactics either and the negotiations went ...I had the pleasure of dealing with Pat O'Brien West when I needed to upgrade my vehicle when our son was born. The entire experience was positive. There were no high pressure sales tactics either and the negotiations went naturally and Nothing was forced. The owner actually came out and spoke with me for a bit as well and thanked me for doing business with them. I felt very welcome.
