I have nothing but praise for my 2007 Chevrolet Impala that I purchased at Pat O'Brien's. It has been very reliable. Other than oil changes and lubrication and the replacement of the battery, there have been no major expenses. I bought the car in January of 2008; the odometer reading was 21,085 miles. Today, July 24, 2014, the reading is 29,932. I've put 8,847 miles on the car.

I was in a pinch due to an engine failure on my previous vehicle. I checked the Pat O'Brien website and looked at the available options. When I found a vehicle I liked I called and setup a test drive. I was Introduced to Ken Johnson Sr. who was simply fantastic, very professional and informative. My two salespeople, the finance Manager, and the head service guy are always very helpful. Everything is done expeditiously, hardly any wait time for requests. And they always are smiling. Not like some of the other dealerships in the area that make you feel unwelcome. Guess those guys weren't interested in making money. Everyone at Pat O'brien made me feel at home.
